Masaya Sato died

AARBA gives its deepest condolonces to the family and the collegues of Masaya Sato, former president of ABA International (1998-1999) and current president of Seisa University in Hokkaido.

AARBA as Learning Technologies Developer for Manuvar

Due to its HF knowledge, AARBA will develope AR/VR tools to train people in manual operations together with UMA, University of Malaga. ManuVAR is a European 7th Framework project that runs from 2009 through 2012 and comprises 18 partner organisations across 8 countries. Through the use of virtual and augmented reality technology (VR / AR), the ManuVAR project will demonstrate that high value, high knowledge in manual work presents an opportunity to improve the competitiveness of EU industries.

The 4° European B-BS Congress was an extraordinary experience to learn for attendants both for who wanted to discover the protocol and for who wanted to deepen the protocol. This congress was great even for the magic location it took place in: Venice, Scuola San Giovanni Evangelista (look at its site)

We were hounerd by the support of the President of Italian Republic Giorgio Napolitano (read) and we want to thank him once again.

Linking safety motivation and training to productive performance. This was the title of the 4th edition of the B-BS European Congress. In 2006 edition, Chairman Emeritus of Cambridge Center for Behavioral Studies Dwight Harshbarger clearly pointed out that “wherever B-BS is implemented, people work better and more productively, beyond reduction of injury rate”. Those who studied and applied B-BS protocol know it, because they experimented the link with Performance Management, the science-based behavioural technology refined over the last century that is able to improve productive and quality-related behaviours of any company.
